Update on Help Desk response times

To protect the health and safety of our community, SSHRC will be reducing the number of employees on site and responding to Help Desk calls. Please expect slower than usual response times for any inquiries made by phone. We strongly encourage you to contact the Help Desk via email at webgrant@sshrc-crsh.gc.ca.

Thank you for your patience and understanding.

During peak periods, technical support will be available during extended hours.

  • September 11 to December 15, 2023: 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. (eastern)

Note: We can help you more quickly if you leave a detailed message, including your name, area code and telephone number; your question; and the funding opportunity to which your enquiry relates.
